How to pin posts on Instagram

Pining posts might be a relatively new feature to Instagram, but it's certainly a feature that is essential to any business. Here is a great way to pin posts on Instagram:

1. Select the image you want to pin.

2. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner.

3. Select "Pin to your profile" as your action.

After that, you will find that your post is pinned.

How pinned posts can help you sell

If you want to pin an Instagram post, you can pin the original photo to your profile or the Instagram Story to your profile. You'll know the post has been pinned if it shows up on your profile's photo stories. 

The benefits of pinned posts are:

1. Your business will be in the limelight.

2. You'll be able to see who commented on your post, how many likes it got, etc.

3. You'll be able to share your pinned posts through other social media channels like Facebook and Twitter. (You can't post a pinned Instagram Story to another platform though.)

4. Pins can be seen by people who follow you on Instagram or by people who follow your profile on the app and turn on the feature to view them in their feed. 

5. Pins are visible in Instagram search results so that people find your business when they search for products or services based on what you pinned in the past.
